[IMPROVEMENT] Please exclude unigetui from uninstall list

### Describe the improvement

sometimes i have to uninstall everything and unigetui if checked by mistake gets uninstall too. It is better if you give warning before uninstalling unigetui from list or only give permission to uninstall from windows uninstall program. If it itself gets uninstalled, then it will be like a bug.
