[FEATURE REQUEST] Allow sync UniGetUI settings to Github

### Describe the new feature

It's already possible to synchronize the list of packages on Github. Why not add synchronization of UniGetUI settings?

### Describe how this new feature could help users

Automatic settings synchronization is much more convenient than manually importing and exporting settings file. It would also ensure that the latest UniGetUI configuration is always taken into account and saved elsewhere than on the current machine.
