### Describe the improvement

Right now, unitgetui provides the option to stop tracking specific packages (typically for apps who don't update nicely without manual intervention) vs the normal update....

as a user, I would see a benefit in getting a "track-but-never-update-with-unigetui" option to "mark" packages that unigetUI cannot upgrade but it can keep monitoring them for me ...
