UniGet UI STILL reports an old version number for LibreOffice with an option listing to update it to the version which is already installed (by LibreOffice itself).

### Describe your issue

For "Package ID: TheDocumentFoundation.LibreOffice," UniGetUI still reports "Installed Version: 25.2.3.2 - Update to 25.2.4.3 available" AFTER LibreOffice has self-updated to 25.2.4.3 (and still reports this after a system reboot and fresh re-scan). Libre Office is installed on custom path of "F:\Program Files\LibreOffice". LibreOffice self updates with no issues.
