[IMPROVEMENT] Feedback – Update Process at Windows Boot is Disruptive

### Describe the improvement

Dear UniGetUI Team,

Thank you for your great work on UniGetUI – it's a very useful tool that I appreciate using regularly.

However, I would like to share some feedback regarding the update behavior after system startup. Currently, after booting Windows, I’m bombarded with multiple admin prompts asking for permission to install updates. Sometimes this happens for up to 20 different apps, making it difficult or even impossible to use the system immediately after logging in. This experience is frustrating and counterproductive, especially during busy work sessions.

Instead of triggering all these elevation prompts at once, I would prefer a quieter, user-friendly approach. For example:

Show a non-intrusive notification or system tray dialog stating that updates are available.

Allow the user to start the update process manually by clicking “Start Updates” or a similar button.

Optionally, group the installations under a single elevation prompt, if technically possible.

### Describe how this improvement could help users

This would maintain control in the hands of the user and reduce boot-time interruptions significantly.
