[FEATURE REQUEST] Add the option to use a web location/url in the "Open existing bundle"

### Describe the new feature

In the dialog, if we enter a location that look like a "web/url", the bundle definition could be read from that location instead. It could also be a radio button that allows the selection of location type instead of trying to detect it automatically.

### Describe how this new feature could help users

This would allow to easily use shared package definition. Many users have a "standard" base installation that they add on every windows installtion they use. If the source can be on the web (I.E. github), it become really easy to recreate that base configuration.
