[BUG] Ongoing software updates drawer doesn't stay resized

### Describe your issue

The ongoing updates drawer at the bottom of the screen doesn't stay resized.

### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Click "update all" with more than 4 available updates
2. As it is updating, resize the bottom drawer upwards as high as possible to show all the ongoing/upcoming updates
3. When an application is done updating and/or is removed from the queue, the drawer resizes to a smaller height (and shows a scrollbar for the queue)
- Even if it is resized upwards again, the size resets after each app is removed from the queue.
- This only occurs when the drawer queue contains more than 4 apps.
- Expected behavior is for the drawer to remain at the size it was set to, only getting smaller as apps are removed (without showing scrollbar)
