[BUG] Navigation menu sidebar takes too much space

3.2.0 Build 90 (iirc installed from pwsh winget)

### Describe your issue

Screenshots says it all - the layout calculation is wrong, event after fill app restart.

#### Solution
I'm mainly posting this, so someone later might search for working solution:
For me, dragging the window to the side OF VERTICAL DISPLAY (as window manager helps to fill half of it) forces the UI to recalculate / redraw layout.

Didn't check Beta release
I think the logs below won't be that relevant, as its purely layout issue, but sure, be my guest.

### Steps to reproduce the issue

Have some luck - after finding mentioned solution it resolved itself, as if it had to relayout itself (the issue happened after cold boot, if update seemingly happened earlier, I haven't experienced it earlier).

### Relevant information

I got two displays in my setup - main horizontal 2k and second vertical 1080x1920 (both with usual 100% scaling, nothing fancy). I believe it might be important.

I also got Win11 option "Always show scrollbars" switched on (like in [this guide](https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmagic/keep-scrollbars-always-visible-on-windows-11.html))
