[BUG] Update x64 package over x86 package

### Describe your issue

When updating a package that was previously installed with an x86 version (such as `Vromans.ChordPro 5.990.0.1.0` in `C:\Program Files (x86)\ChordPro.ORG\ChordPro`) UniGetUI install x64 version (such as `Vromans.ChordPro 6.70.0.1.0` in `C:\Program Files\ChordPro.ORG\ChordPro`) without remove the installed old x86 version.

Also, the GUI entry is updated with mixed information (the `Vromans.ChordPro 5.990.0.1.0` disappeared from **Software Updates**, but the `Vromans.ChordPro 6.70.0.1.0` appeared in **Installed Packages** with ***update available (blue arrow up)*** icon. And inside details dialog showed `winget.exe uninstall --id "Vromans.ChordPro" --exact --source winget --accept-source-agreements --disable-interactivity --version "6.70.0.1.0" --interactive` as **Uninstall** command, but also showed **Update to version 6.70.7.2** in drop-down menu, and **Installed Version 5.990.0.1.0** still shown under **Package ID**

### Steps to reproduce the issue

Manual install an old x86 version package. Then let UniGuiUI update that package with the latest x64 version.
