[FEATURE REQUEST] Export all update commands as a single YYYYmmDD_Update.bat file

### Describe the new feature

I am looking for a way to select packages in the update section of the program in order to create a single batch file containing all update commands

( Background is that the update as administrator doesn't work for me - it only works if I run the winget commands in a administrator command line shell. )

I guess other users have the same issue
