[IMPROVEMENT] Use different package icons for dark mode and light mode

### Describe the improvement

This would require a new column in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Zxgzs1BiTZipC7EiwNEb9cIchistIdr5/edit
. I have this issue with the ADB package logo.

### Describe how this improvement could help users

For example, a logo has some text written on it in black, and we have dark mode enabled. We couldn't see the text because of lack of contrast. So somebody could then add an icon with that text written in black, and issue resolved.
