[ENHANCEMENT] Prevent repeatedly failing automatic update

### Describe the improvement

There should be a setting so that when an automatic update fails, the autoupdater doesn't continue trying and failing the same update

### Describe how this improvement could help users

As it is now, if an automatic update fails repeatedly while you aren't at your computer for whatever reason, you'll be bombarded by popups when you get back and open UniGetUI. A setting to prevent this kind of thing would be very useful
