### Describe the improvement

I'd like to use only my repository within the department. But I would not want to allow the rest of my staff to include or add repositories from other sources.

Please add either a feature during installation that would allow you to select the desired repositories (.NET tool, Powershell 5.x, Chocolatey and etc.) Or ideally disallow changing application settings without administrative rights. If it's possible.

Thank you for your work!

### Describe how this improvement could help users

For example: admin connects his repository in winget. The others are deleted or disabled with no way to enable them by non-admin or master password when logged into settings. If a simple user wants to download for example notepad++ he will not be able to download it from anywhere but my enterprise repository. This is at least safer. Than if with all repositories a user enters notepad++ and he will be presented with dozens of variants from different sources.
