[FEATURE REQUEST] mail notification for updates

### Describe the new feature

Instead of a Windows notification appearing when updates are available, it would be practical if the program could send a notification to the system administrator by e-mail.

You could then use the software in the company, as the employees would not be disturbed and at the same time the admin would know that there are updates on the workstation
