[BUG] WinGet packages not included in backup

EDIT: Needs to be re-tested. I re-ran the backup after restarting UniGetUI, and now it worked.
Could be related to the fact that I downgraded from the preview (3.1.2).

When performing backups no packages from WinGet show up in the json file.

### Steps to reproduce the issue

Perform a backup with WinGet packages installed.
Open new backup *.json file, and observe no WinGet packages listed.
