### Describe the new feature

Add CLI control and management like choco and others, or even adding some kind of API so others could make a CLI addon themselves.

### Describe how this new feature could help users.

Being able to use this programmably would be huge and make script crafting and remote management way easier. It would take the guesswork out of package management.
