[FEATURE REQUEST] keyboard shortcuts

### Describe the new feature

We could use the `Tab` and `Shift + Tab` to navigate but we could use:
* Keyboard shortcut (like a browser's default shortcut to navigate in pages with: `CTRL + Numbers`)
(these should show as hints when hovering over action or buttons in general)
* Search keyboard shortcut in placeholder text as well as a hint when hovering over the search button
* Ability to modify the default keyboard shortcuts

### Describe how this new feature could help users.

Navigating with a proper keyboard shortcut is really helpful and efficient especially when the user have the ability to modify the said shortcuts to their liking.
