[FEATURE REQUEST] Add categories to WingetUI / UnigetUI

### Describe the new feature

Add some general categories for the various packages such as Games, Productivity, etc.

### Describe how this new feature could help users.

Users could benefit greatly from these categories as it gives better organization of packages. As it currently exists, the only way to find any packages that are not installed is by using search.
