[ENHANCEMENT] Let WingetUI fill the logs in a new issue

### Describe the improvement

Let WingetUI have a pre-built form page like this:
 or something else like that, and for reporting a bug.
 it should be like this
 and this
 with an option called fill logs, and for suggesting a suggestion let it be like this
 or something like that, and for most other issues types check Dev Home Settings --> Feedback. You can use the current
 page to do this or use this kind of page

This would help users as it fills logs in no time and is easier and quicker.
