Support the [TeX Live package](https://tug.org/texlive/tlmgr.html) manager in addition to winget, scoop and so on.

### Describe how this new feature could help users.

I find myself updating my TeX Live packages manually quite often using tlmgr.
Automating updates with WingetUI would be a blessing.
