### Describe the improvement

Skip packages **installed by conda** when updating packages, or add support for installing and updating conda packages.

### Describe how this improvement could help users.

- Some conda packages are updated later than pypi, WingetUI often indicates that many packages need to be updated.
- Anaconda navigator loads slowly and is difficult to use.
