### Describe the improvement

Due to the use of translation software, my expression may be inaccurate
As a Chinese, I would like to help add more software icons and screenshots, but due to network access restrictions in China Mainland, I am unable to access Google Spreadsheet and I do not have a VPN. Therefore, is it allowed for us to use other methods (such as Github) to collect data
