[FEATURE REQUEST] Update notification filter based on app version

## Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I am receiving too many notifications regarding patch software updates.

## Describe the solution you'd like

If possible, I would like to see an option in the application settings that would allow users to filter notifications based on the version number of the app. For instance, I would prefer to receive update notifications only for major or minor version upgrades of an application.
