I want to do a better job of notifying translators of changes to the surveys, as well as when surveys are ready to be translated. I think GitHub's built-in notification system could work, but in addition to that I've also set up a separate email list where I'll post about milestones in a survey's lifecycle such as collecting feedback, a survey being open for preview, etc.:
