Description

Some things that would have helped me when engaging with the survey would have been:
* What is the intention or goals of the survey? (this becomes even more important for new devs, first timers, or people unfamiliar with the css community)
* What is the impact of the results?
* Who is reading the results of the survey?
* Does this information inform the community, standards organizations, developers, tool implementers, etc?

What would the survey look like if there was a "Before you start" page that provided some initial context?
Additionally, the content of the FAQ is small, would it be more approachable if it wasn't hidden in an accordion?
