Looking for the State of GraphQL 2023 Lead Survey Designer

We are looking for someone to build on the work done for the [2022 State of GraphQL survey](https://survey.devographics.com/en-US/survey/state-of-graphql/2022) and take the lead to design this year's questionnaire.

This would involve:

- Updating the [2022 edition survey outline](https://github.com/Devographics/surveys/blob/main/state_of_graphql/graphql2022/questions.yml) for this year's edition, by updating, adding, and removing items.
- Once a draft is published, collecting feedback from the GraphQL community, ideally in partnership with the [GraphQL Foundation](https://graphql.org/foundation/).
- Integrating that feedback into a final survey outline.
- Adding any missing YAML [meta-data](https://github.com/Devographics/entities/blob/main/graphql.yml) or [text strings](https://github.com/Devographics/locale-en-US/blob/main/state_of_graphql.yml) needed to display the survey properly.

And, optionally:

- Once the results are published, writing a conclusion for the survey.
- Participating in the results launch livestream.
- Helping with outreach and marketing to increase and diversify the survey's audience.

Start by reviewing the 2022 outline in state_of_graphql/graphql2022/questions.yml, then inspect the GraphQL metadata in entities/graphql.yml and strings in locale-en-US/state_of_graphql.yml. Done means a reviewed final questionnaire for the 2023 edition, with required metadata and text strings added and community feedback integrated; optional launch, conclusion, and outreach work is also described in the issue.
