Update: FluentUI React Link

Hey team,

The current link for FluentUI in [2025 State of React](https://2025.stateofreact.com/en-US/libraries/component-libraries/) links to a resource that doesn't lead to the latest version of Fluent React UI components (i.e. links to Fluent React 8 instead of current **Fluent React 9**)
