Description

### Issue: "No available data" error on State of JS Survey 2023

#### Description:
I'm seeing the following error on every entry of the State of JS Survey 2023:

`No available data for block hosting | path(s): dataAPI.surveys.state_of_js.js2023.other_tools.hosting | type: HorizontalBarBlock2`

This happens in multiple browsers (Arc, Edge, Brave). I can't view any survey data.

#### Another Example:
`No available data for block syntax_features | path(s): dataAPI.surveys.state_of_js.js2023.features.syntax_features | type: HorizontalBarBlock2`

#### Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the survey in any browser.
2. Try to view the entries.

#### Expected:
Survey data should load properly.

#### Actual:
No data is displayed, and error messages appear.

---

Any help would be appreciated!

Research direction

Reproduce the error in the State of JS Survey 2023 and trace the named dataAPI paths for other_tools.hosting and features.syntax_features through the HorizontalBarBlock2 entries. Done means survey entries render data in multiple browsers without the “No available data” errors.
