Overlapping content on certain viewport sizes

When I resize the browser window, the main content of the survey slides under the sidebar with the menu.
The transparent background of the sidebar lets the content underneath overlap visually with the menu items, which makes the menu difficult to read and use.
This is a real use case when I try to fit more than one app window on the screen and not just developer testing habit :)


Reproduce the survey page at the narrow viewport sizes that cause the main content to slide beneath the sidebar, using the attached screenshot as a reference. Inspect the survey layout and sidebar styling to identify the relevant entry points. Done means the content no longer shows through the menu and the menu remains readable while resizing.
