- [x] 알람 소리 설정하기
- [x] 알람 보내는 버튼 만들기
- [ ] provisional authorization 설정하기
- [x] 권한 요청 alert 창을 화면에 띄우기
- [x] 권한 요청할 때 조용히 보내기가 아닌, 잠금 화면 & 알림 센터 & 배너 모두에 나오도록 설정하기
- [x] 사운드, 배지 모두 권한 허가 받기
- [x] 주기적인 알림 설정하기
