Proposal: record attendance for hangouts/events/calls on Discord

We can use https://suivix.xyz/ to take note of attendees on Discord voice chats. I saw Manny couldn't put together a list of attendees for the last hangout because there were just far too many people, so I thought this bot would be of help. I tried it myself & it's really easy to setup & use.
