How can we be more inclusive for people who cannot afford gas fees

**Context**
There have been some instances of individuals reaching out requesting another way to join the community that doesn't require purchasing the genesis NFT as they cannot afford the gas fee's for the transaction. In certain cases they have freely offered to perform bounties or prove value in other ways in order to secure access.

Currently I don't believe we're in a position to address this challenge as we still need to define how we govern and recognise/reward contributions but I think it's an important point to make note of so we factor it into our thoughts in the future.

Potential solutions:

- Bounties outsiders can pick up to gain access to the community (this could be NFTs or token)
- An application program for pitching project/personal value into the community voted on by members
