How to store meeting notes

I'm thinking that for the time being we could just create a `meeting-notes` folder and store notes as `md` files in there.

Filename format?: `YYYYMMDD-.md`

We could eventually create a template with frontmatter to help us track attendees and some other metadata-ish stuff, but imo we need to have more meetings before we can even figure out what kind of metadata we'd want to collect.

Confirm whether the repository should adopt this structure and which filename format is preferred; done means meeting notes have a consistent storage and naming convention, with metadata deferred until requirements are known.
