Feature request: toggle multi-select on quizzes

I found it a little surprising that for even True/False questions, you could select both choices. Would be great to toggle single vs. multi-select when creating quizzes.

The issue concerns quiz creation and answer selection, especially True/False questions. Start by locating the quiz-creation entry point and the code that handles question selection; confirm how the choice is currently stored and displayed. Done means creators can toggle single- versus multi-select and the resulting quiz enforces that setting.
