Description
- Currently, Resume agent is only doing the extraction like machine, not skimming through it like actual AI will do.
- they find gaps in employment history, and in hr or behavioral question they ask those hard question upfront.
- So I want to make my
ResumeAgentsuch that it’s able to do same and come up with their own questions.
Make resume agent such that it is able to find gaps in employment history. And later the same gap in employment IF they found can be used in HR or Behavioral form of interview question.
Example : You have 7 Months of gap from last working day to today. What happened? what were you doing these months?
- And How it will extract this said employment gap? It will simply compare the dates/months, written in resume with related company or freelancing what-ever the user has done. or they worked. If it’s more then 3 to 4 months, then we drop the example questions and ask the user
