Add Stack Display and Integration to User Profile Page

There is currently no section on the user profile page for displaying a user’s tech stack (Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, PM, UI/UX Designer etc..), despite ongoing backend work on a stack endpoint per member.

Add a dedicated stack section to the user profile page where a user’s tech stack can be displayed clearly and consistently with the rest of the profile layout.

After the backend stack endpoint is fully implemented, integrate the API and ensure the profile page consumes and displays the real stack data correctly, including proper handling of loading and empty states.

Note: The user can only select one stack, as such there should be just a single stack on the user profile.
