Make Featured Blog Section Interactive on Blogs Page

Description
The featured section on the blogs page is currently non-interactive. The “Read More” button on featured blog cards does nothing. This should be implemented to behave the same way as other blog cards on the page by displaying full blog details or navigating to the blog detail view. An image is attached for reference.
