Projects and Resources Data Not Persisted After Logout

Description:
Projects and resources added by a user are currently only available during the active session. Once the user logs out and logs back in, the added data disappears.

This behavior suggests that the data is being stored in local state or memory rather than being persisted to the backend.

Expected Behavior:

- Projects and resources added by a user should be saved to the backend.

- Data should persist across sessions.

- On login, previously added projects and resources should be fetched and displayed.

Current Behavior:

- Projects and resources appear while the user is logged in.

- Data is lost after logout and login.
