Show Status of Blocks on Neighborhood Page

Instead of listing each block as simple text, show the status of the block. Maybe show it beside the block OR list the blocks out as colored blocks in the same way that it is done on each user's status page.

Start by locating the neighborhood page and the existing user status page, then compare how blocks are currently listed and how status is displayed there. Done means the neighborhood page shows each block's status beside it or using the same colored-block style as the user status page.
