Description

### Current Behavior

The dashboard page gives a good overview about the current status of the portfolio. But when spotting something suspicious there, you need to navigate and filter to get to the details.
This occured recently with a license violation, which was visible in the dashboard:

### Proposed Behavior

The dashboard view provides links to details. For the example it would be the projects pages, with presecleted filter for policy violation.

Research direction

Start at the dashboard view and the project pages described in the issue, tracing how dashboard status items and project filters are currently presented. Check how a policy-violation filter can be represented in the detailed view; done means relevant dashboard findings link directly to the matching detailed view with the intended filter selected.
