Component Search - Column Visibility Broken

### Current Behavior

On the `/components` screen, the column visible / hidden selection appears to be broken. Once a column is set to `hidden`, the UI won't allow it to be marked again as visible

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Toggle column visibility on the `Component Search` screen

### Expected Behavior

Able to hide and show columns reliably
