Vulnerability Details: Dates Not Readable

### Current Behavior

When viewing a vulnerability and clicking on "View Details", the "Vulnerability Details" dialog that displays has multiple tabs, one of which is "Dates".

When in Dark Mode, the "Published" and "Updated" date fields cannot be read... the contrast between text and background is not sufficient.


### Steps to Reproduce

1. View any vulnerability
2. Click on "View Details" link; this will display the "Vulnerability Details" dialog.
3. Navigate to "Dates" tab on the dialog
4. Inspect the date fields.

### Expected Behavior

The "Published" and "Updated" date fields should be readable.
