Description
### Current Behavior
I use helm to install dp on my k8s https://evryfs.github.io/helm-charts/
with 1.5.5
recently i found I cannot enable Enable National Vulnerability Database mirroring,
every time, after I enable it and give the url like "https://nvd.nist.gov/feeds", then click update, it always saying "configuration saved", but if I go other places and come back my change get lost.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. login as admin
2. click administorator
3. click "vulnerability sources"
4. click "National vulnerability database"
5. enable "Enable National Vulnerability Database mirroring
6. put "https://nvd.nist.gov/feeds" in the Nvd Feeds URL
7. click update.
8. refresh the page.
### Expected Behavior
I was expecting the NVD is still enabled and with the Feeds URL there. but everthing back to disabled.

Research direction
Start in the administrator UI at Vulnerability Sources and reproduce the NVD mirroring update flow described in the issue. Trace where the enabled state and NVD Feeds URL are saved and reloaded; done means both values remain enabled and populated after navigating away or refreshing.
