Provide access to Component Properties similarly to Project Properties

### Current Behavior

There isn't any way (that I can find) via the UI to access Component Properties.
Syft uses Component Properties to identify where it found a component, which is often necessary for either fixing an issue or for determining the different between two otherwise identical components.

### Proposed Behavior

Enable the display of Component Properties in a similar manner to Project Properties.

There could be better ways to display the Component Properties, I only say this way because it would be consistent.
