Description
### Current Behavior
Days back is hard coded at 90 days
### Proposed Behavior
A drop-down on the dashboard with "days back" values
Proposed:
* 7 days (1 week)
* 14 days (2 weeks)
* 28 days (4 weeks)
* 56 days (8 weeks)
* 84 days (12 weeks)
* 112 days (16 weeks)
