Marking a project as inactive requires a reload before seeing other versions in the version selection

### Current Behavior

When marking a existing project as inactive over the Project Details Window:

afterwards the version selection does not show the other existing versions

First after a refresh using a F5 the other versions are shown correctly

### Steps to Reproduce

1.Create a Project with different versions.
2.Mark a Version as inactive and open the version selection immeditaly afterwards.
3.The same thing happens when marking the version as "active" again

### Expected Behavior

I would expect the version selection to show all the existing version (with the version just marked as inactive also shown in the inactive section) in the list.

Start in the frontend code for the Project Details Window and its version selection after toggling a version's active state. Reproduce the issue with a project containing multiple versions, then verify that the selection immediately shows all versions in the correct active or inactive section without a browser refresh.
