Description

### Current Behavior

When trying to add a Identifier under the "Affected Components" Window in the "Create Vulnerability" Window the error Message that appear when typing in something wrong cannot be read, since the Window closes directly after pressing the "Add" Button

Image

### Steps to Reproduce

1.Try to add a Affected Component Identifier like Purl in the Create Vulnerability Tab
2. Insert something wrong like "pkg:generic/mcuboot/mcuboot"

### Expected Behavior

The Error Message that comes up (You can see it for like sub second duration before the window closes) should be some displayed longer. Maybe the window should rather be left open when something wrong was typed instead of beeing closed?
