Adding multiple authors field

### Current Behavior

Currently the author field does not exist while creating project also unable to view author details in project details form.

### Proposed Behavior

Adding author button that allows user to provide name, email and phone number. This details can be viewed/edited in project details form. Also, an option to add new authors.
