Unable to edit justification

### Current Behavior

The justification field is disabled if you set status to exploitable.
Even if you change status to anything else the justification input will remain disabled.


### Steps to Reproduce

Set analysis for a component finding with status=exploitable. Try to edit the justification. Change state to something else. You still can't edit the justification

### Expected Behavior

I can edit the justification.
