Switch project version does not change parent

### Current Behavior

I have more than one version of a project, but with different parents.
After switching to a different version of this project, the old parent value is still displayed in the edit dialog.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two projects with the same name but different version and parent values.
2. Open a project, view the details and close the details dialog again.
3. Now change the version and open the details dialog and you will see the parent of the other version.

### Expected Behavior

After a version change, all values of the current project version should be visible.

Reproduce the issue in the Dependency-Track frontend by creating same-name project versions with different parents, then switching versions and reopening the details dialog. Trace how the selected version populates the dialog; done means every displayed value, including the parent, belongs to the current project version.
